Support the Women's Fund During Omaha Gives!

The Women's Fund of Omaha is proud to participate in Omaha Gives! - a 24-hour charitable challenge organized by the Omaha Community Foundation. The online giving holiday will take place May 22 from midnight to midnight. Mark your calendars because we will need your help!

We will be joining nearly 300 local nonprofits to raise money together and compete for matching funds and prize money. The more money we raise, the larger percentage of the match pool we will receive. The more
donors we get to give to us, the more likely we are to win prize money.

How can you help the Women's Fund during Omaha Gives!?

• Donate to us on May 22!
• Spread the word! Tell your friends that you will be giving to the Women's during Omaha Gives! on May 22 and ask them to help too.
• Post about Omaha Gives! on your social media pages. Let your friends and followers know how they can give and how their donations can help us win matching and prize funds.
• Cheer us on! On May 22, watch the leaderboard on Omahagives24.org and update our progress on social media.

Become a Changemaker

Want to make a difference in your community? Become a Women’s Fund Changemaker.

As a 2013 Changemaker, you will have a voice in determining which agency receives a $5,000 grant. The Women's Fund will identify agencies that are making a significant impact in areas our research shows are most important. Changemakers will then have an opportunity to vote for the agency they feel is most deserving of the fourth annual Changemaker grant.

It's simple. Sign up to donate $25 a month between now and August, make a one-time donation of $200 or more, or set up you own donation plan. Anyone who donates $200 or more by August will receive a Changemaker ballot.

The third annual Changemaker grant was presented to Grameen America Omaha last year. New Hope Life Center for Women was the recipient of the first Changemaker grant, and Youth Emergency Services received the 2011 award.
